Enjoy this delicious recipe for a Frozen Mango Mint Lassi that you'll definitely enjoy
making in a Vita-Mix blender. Happy New Year!
 
 
 
Frozen Mango-
Mint Lassi



2 cups
plain yogurt
1 cup
milk
1 cup
frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup
chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup
sugar or honey to taste

Add mango and milk to blender and blend until mango is broken up. Add remaining ingredients and blend until it is a liquidy consistency and mint is broken into tiny flecks. Serve in tall glasses.
