Mint Lassi

plain yogurt |
1 cup |
milk |
1 cup |
frozen mango chunks |
1/4 cup |
chopped fresh mint |
1/4 cup |
sugar or honey to taste |
Add mango and milk to blender and blend until mango is broken up. Add remaining ingredients and blend until it is a liquidy consistency and mint is broken into tiny flecks. Serve in tall glasses. |
