Rhubarb Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients:
2 or 3 stalks
Rhubarb, Chopped
1 1/2 cups
Sugar
5 cups
Water
1 1/2 lbs.
Strawberries, Stemmed and Crushed
1 cup
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (approximately 5 large lemons)
   
Directions:
Bring rhubarb, sugar, and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Let steep and cool for 30 minutes.

Strain mixture through a fine sieve, discarding solids, and refrigerate to chill. Stir in lemon juice. Serve Rhubarb Strawberry Lemonade over ice.
